After receiving some beats from Caltonic, he picked the one that he felt was the best and added some of his own touches to brighten the beat to his taste. He then reached out to his manager to brainstorm on who would be the perfect fit for the beat, and Peruzzi was chosen. Peruzzi fell in love with the beat immediately, and the chemistry was undeniable as they created the song in the studio.
